Home features three bedrooms, two full baths, with walk out lower level to lake side. There is a lake side fire pit to roast marshmallows and tell family stories. Watch the children play at the waterfront while swinging on the log swing. There is a ping pong table and air hockey table in family room. The dock is available for guests to tie boat to. There is a swim raft to play with. Property is five miles East of down town Gaylord just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, golf courses, and ski resorts. Home is available for monthly rentals during winter months.

In season summer- $1600 per week
Holiday week - $1800
Winter Holiday night is $300 per night
Off season $1400 per week $250 per night with two night minimum

2-Night minimum stay unless otherwise indicated. All waterfront properties are weekly only during Prime Summer Season.

All of Great Northern Rentals' vacation rental properties are fully furnished with linens, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes/utensils, BBQ grill, and TV. Our vacation rentals do not allow smoking or pets (unless otherwise designated in the property description and amenity key). If you should have any additional questions, please go to our contact page.

Guest check-in is at 4 p.m.; check-out is at 11 a.m. A non-refundable deposit of 50 percent is required. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. A $50 lock-out fee and cleaning fees apply. Any items left behind will be returned plus a $10 service charge. Our properties require a minimum 2-night stay, but that is barely enough time to soak in Northern Michigan!

Check out is 11:00am. There will be a $25 per hour fee automatically charged for late check out unless arrangements have been made with Great Northern Rentals staff. The cleaning staff will inform us of late departure.

Golfers: Be sure to check Golf Accommodations on the Application form and allow Great Northern Rentals to make tee times for you at the course(s) of your choice!
