Our Policy
2-Night minimum stay unless otherwise indicated. All waterfront properties are weekly only during Prime Summer Season.

Additional fees may apply (eg reservation fee/peace of mind, state and local taxes,

All of Great Northern Rentals' vacation rental properties are fully furnished with linens, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes/utensils, BBQ grill, and TV. Our vacation rentals do not allow smoking or pets (unless otherwise designated in the property description and amenity key). If you should have any additional questions, please go to our contact page.
Guest check-in is at 4 p.m.; check-out is at 11 a.m. A non-refundable deposit of 50 percent is required. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. A $50 lock-out fee and cleaning fees apply. Any items left behind will be returned plus a $10 service charge. Our properties require a minimum 2-night stay, but that is barely enough time to soak in Northern Michigan!
Check out is 11:00am. There will be a $25 per hour fee automatically charged for late check out unless arrangements have been made with Great Northern Rentals staff. The cleaning staff will inform us of late departure.
Golfers: Be sure to check Golf Accommodations on the Application form and allow Great Northern Rentals to make tee times for you at the course(s) of your choice!
